On February 1, 2025, the Inner Wheel Group 2, including 13 clubs, came together for an inspiring interaction with the Women’s Blind Football Federation team. The day featured a heartfelt sharing session followed by an exhilarating football match, highlighting the team’s extraordinary talent and resilience.

The players, representing various parts of India, are set to compete in the Saitama Normalisation Cup 2025 in Japan. To support their journey, Group 2 collectively donated ₹78,400, covering essential transportation and food costs. IWC Greater Cochin contributed ₹5,830, with club members Leena Sasidaran, Rajashree Rajendran, and Anita Dinesh participating in person.

This event beautifully demonstrated the power of unity and compassion, echoing Helen Keller’s words: “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”
