The club kickstarted the week at Papankulam PHC with sessions on breastfeeding, self-care, parenting, screen hazards, and cervical cancer awareness.

Pamphlets were distributed, and 22 antenatal/postnatal women received mixed nuts in steel boxes and apples.
Tree planting was done.

Visited the Breastfeeding Room at Udumalpet Railway Station, a joint project, and found it well maintained. Pamphlets were also distributed to local hospitals for display.
